Job Description

Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for hospitality construction projects. Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts. Support procurement activities, including sourcing materials and coordinating deliveries. Troubleshoot project challenges and recommend effective solutions. Communicate progress updates to team members and stakeholders regularly.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction APM - Hospitality should have : a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. A background in hospitality-related construction projects is a plus. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
