Dates : ASAP- Ongoing

Schedule : Scheduled and on call, 3, Day (24 Hours) 7am-7am, 24 / 7 call - primarily Friday 7am - Monday 7am

open for weekday coverage also, 7 on, 7 off

Patient Volume : 25-30 deliveries per month, 3777 patients per year, entire hospital, 405 deliveries per year

Special Procedures : C-sections, deliveries - bread and butter cases

Certifications : Active AR License, DEA, Arkansas Medicaid Number, BC or BE Required

Credentialing : 90 days
