Position Overview
The Sales Manager is a mid-level role in our dynamic sales department. Sales Representatives are motivated individuals that ensure our current and prospective customers are treated with the highest grade of service and urgency. The Sales Manager is responsible for the full sales cycle including (but not limited to) : lead generation, relationship-building, quote generation, phone sales, manufacturer communication / coordination, and post-installation follow-ups. Upon hire, the ideal employee will develop a keen understanding of A Head for Profits (AHFP) product offerings and services to speak knowledgeably about product purpose and functionality. The Sales Manager will work with and report directly to the Director of Sales.
Position Requirements
Working knowledge of draft beer systems and refrigeration (preferred).Demonstrated record of achievement in outside salesProven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills / self-motivated.Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize the information to highlight the features and benefits to customersPosition Responsibilities
Achieving the territory revenue and profitability quotas for AHFP products as they are sold into all customer segmentsConduct sales presentations with prospective customersEstablishing an environment and foundation for future sales growthAccurately disposition and report on outcomes via our CRM toolProvide sales territory reports and sales tracking as requiredWill provide 24-hour turnaround on all assigned quotes, as well as same-day return phone calls pertaining to sales (up to 3 : 00 pm local or by 12 : 00 pm local the following business day).Understand and consistently log and record each of their individual inside sales opportunities and update all information in the company CRMWork closely with the accounting department in relation to final payment and accounts receivables for jobs soldEducation / Experience
3-5 years of experience in sales (within the hospitality industry preferred)Bachelor's degree (preferred)Experience in Draft Beer / Restaurant Industry preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) preferredTools and Equipment Used

Hours may vary and may occasionally require overnight travel and evening / weekend work depending on business needsSalary & Benefits :
