As part of our Air Systems Components business segment, we are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive operational excellence, enhance production efficiency, and support our commitment to quality and innovation. This role will play a key part in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving safety and sustainability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support to manufacturing teams, production supervisors, and associates.
• Analyze product and process workflows to identify cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency opportunities .
• Develop and refine manufacturing sequences to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to design and implement production-specific equipment and tooling .
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices across equipment and processes.
• Create and optimize process layouts to improve production flow and efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and enhance system performance.
• Lead and manage capital projects , including equipment specifications, budgeting, planning, and implementation.
• Support new product development and implementation in partnership with Product Engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager .
