Accounting Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounting Specialist who will ensure accurate and timely financial operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including invoice entry and payment application

Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions for discrepancies

Participate in month-end close processes and document all assigned accounting procedures

Required Qualifications

Degree in accounting or a related field

Relevant work experience in accounting functions

Experience with accounting software, preferably Salesforce Accounting Seed

Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes

Familiarity with deferred cost accounting is a plus
