American Traveler is seeking a Home Health RN with at least one year of skilled home health experience and an active OR RN license for day shifts in the Medford, OR area.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Home health setting serving Medford, OR and surrounding areasDay shifts with a 5x8 hour schedule, typically 8 : 00 to 16 : 30Patient ratio is 1 : 1, with up to 6 home visits per day and a 30 productivity point standardNo weekends or on-call requiredNo floating required between like units, but may float to other facilities within the state if neededUses EPIC and Oasis for charting; Oasis experience requiredTravel may include occasional drives up to a 50+ mile radiusMileage reimbursement provided at IRS standardPrimary responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care to home health patients, completing Oasis assessments, and maintaining accurate documentation in EPICSystem organizes client visits to minimize drive and windshield timeFormer permanent employees must wait at least three months before returning as a traveler and cannot apply if within 50 miles of the facilityMinimal to no RTO preferred; significant time-off requests may impact considerationLocal candidates within 50-75 miles accepted at the same rateFree parking availableAny color scrubs may be wornCompliance modules must be completed pre-start and annuallyFirst-time travelers are not eligible for this position\n \n Requirements\n
Active OR RN license required prior to startAt least one year of recent skilled home health RN experience requiredBCLS certification requiredStrong proficiency and recent experience with Oasis documentation requiredValid driver's license and reliable personal transportation requiredCompletion of all required health screenings, including COVID primary series and at least one boosterAble to provide two supervisory references covering at least one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty\n Benefits\n
