Engagement & Giving Officer

The Episcopal Academy seeks a digitally fluent relationship-driven and growth-minded Engagement & Giving Officer to strengthen alumni pride deepen connections across generations and drive annual giving through creative digital engagement thoughtful stewardship and strategic program execution. This role is a great entry point for a career in Advancement and offers meaningful ownership visibility and professional runway within a high-performing Advancement team.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Advancement Annual Giving & Engagement and working closely with the Director of Alumni and the Director of Annual Giving the Officer will lead key alumni engagement initiatives while contributing to fundraising strategy and pipeline development. This role blends front-facing relationship building with behind-the-scenes coordination digital content creation and data-informed outreach.
