Location : Snohomish County, WA; 15 miles north of Seattle Setting : Hospital / Clinic - Outpatient & Inpatient Start Date : ASAP End Date : June 30, 2024 with options for extension Schedule : Full-time clinic hours Call OR Option to work 2, 3, or 4 weeks per month; Please offer your availability Patients per Shift : 15 Hospital / Surgery Privileges are required Requirements : Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Active, Unrestricted WA license OR IMLC License Clean background / malpractice / NPDB Clean DEA license BLS Certification Clinic Hours Call required Surgical Skills EMR : Epic Skills Required : General Adult Urology, Advanced Endoscopic techniques, Ureteroscopy, TRUS biopsies, ESWL Skills Highly Preferred : Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladded u / s with biopsy, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis Rate : $250 / hour; OT $360 / hour; Nightly Call $423.50; 24 hour Call $2850; Call Back $460 / hour after 3 hrs gratis Travel & Lodging covered Malpractice Insurance provided
