Valicor Environmental Services is looking for a Lead IS Supervisor to work in our Middletown, OH (Lefferson Road) facility.

The Lead IS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing tasks related to waste cleanup, site remediation, equipment and facility decontamination, and emergency spill response. The supervisor provides clear direction and leadership to Environmental Services Technicians, ensuring projects conducted outside the facility are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.

Job Duties

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance, installation, and repair for projects.
• Instructs, provides feedback, and directs and assists crew in performance of job duties to complete work in accordance with client requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Ensures all required equipment is operational prior to starting a job.
• Complete site paperwork including manifests and daily work reports.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when needed.
• Supervise all aspects of project to ensure DOT and OSHA Compliance.
• Operate forklifts in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, management and crew
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures
• Must be able to respond to emergency calls and work extended hours as needed.
• Travel is required.
• Perform site walks for bid / proposal opportunities.
• Assist Manager in proposal generation.
