Position Overview

The General Manager is the Restaurant Leader responsible for the success of the restaurant. This role focuses on sales goals, employee performance, and adherence to company policies. The GM utilizes systems and processes to maximize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and develop team members. Reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Quick Service Restaurant experience required
  • Valid Driver's License
