• Monday through Friday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm schedule
• 25 units per week patient productivity requirement
• Home health therapy setting
• EMR : HCHB
• OASIS documentation experience needed minimum 3 months
• Treats young, middle-aged, and older adult patients
• Home health experience required minimum 1 year
• First-time travelers welcome
