Job descriptionAct as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details. Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing. Process insurance policy applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently. Ensure all client records and policy documents are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain organized and detailed files for easy retrieval and reference. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in our company. Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met and address any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products to clients. Assist clients with the claims process, including filing claims, gathering documentation, and liaising with insurance carriers. Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely resolution and satisfactory outcomes. Communicate with claims adjusters and underwriters to expedite claims processing and resolution. Stay informed about the range of insurance products offered by our company, including coverage options, exclusions, and limitations. Educate clients on their insurance policies, explaining coverage details, benefits, and potential gaps. Provide recommendations and advice to clients on insurance products and coverage enhancements. Education : High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in insurance or customer service is beneficial. Experience : Previous experience in customer service, insurance sales, or a related field is advantageous. Skills : Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attributes : Client-focused, empathetic, and proactive. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and integrity.

As an Agent Apprentice for Denver District Headquarters of Farmers Insurance, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their insurance needs are met. You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and attention to detail. This opportunity will eventually help you build and own your own agency.
Salary Range :
- $45,000.00 Base Pay + 50% New Bonus Commission ($60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year)
