To Qualify as an Dietary Aid :

High school graduate or equivalent

Prior experience working in a kitchen setting

Prior experience in Long-Term Care / Healthcare is preferred

Empathy and care for those that need help

Effective communication skills

Some of Your Responsibilities as a Dietary Aid Include :

Assisting with meal and snack preparation

Working in the dish room as requested

Serving food and / or assisting residents

Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchens and dining rooms

Assisting our Cooks in preparing meals
