The Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Spa with the day-to-day operations of the Spa, Salon, Fitness, Tennis, and Retail departments including staffing, standards training, guest service delivery, retail promotions and events, problem resolution, financial reporting, and maintaining supplies and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree preferred or similar level of experience in a related field or equivalent experience. The candidate will have previous management skills and a strong business acumen. The candidate will have strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
