About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Strategic Alliances to spearhead the development of high-impact partnerships, with a primary focus on private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This executive role is pivotal in driving the creation and management of scalable revenue streams through strategic relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing a global alliance strategy, building trust-based relationships with senior PE leaders, and creating scalable revenue programs to establish the company as a preferred partner. A secondary focus will be on establishing alliances with niche services firms. The role demands a hands-on approach, combining strategic relationship-building with commercial accountability, and requires the ability to identify and align solutions with mission-critical transformation timelines. Applicants for the Vice President of Strategic Alliances position at the company should have a proven track record in the private equity ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on alliance-driven growth and enterprise transformation. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, who is comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders. A deep knowledge of technology services, managed services, and enterprise value is essential, as is the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in strategic alliances, enterprise sales, or business development, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in private equity, and a background in a senior leadership role driving partnership-based revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
