Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians Wanted – October 15th ONSITE Hiring Event from 12 : 00 pm – 4 : 00 pm at 1400 North Goodman Street, Rochester, NY.

Are you a skilled maintenance technician professional ready for an opportunity with a leading global eye health company?

Our team of Electro-Mechanical Technicians is growing, and we have openings available for people who have performed equipment repairs for at least 2 years.

Electro-Mechanical Technicians – 2+ years of experience in equipment repair and preventative maintenance. This position is made for you if you love solving problems, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment, work alongside engineers and operations techs, and play a key role in minimizing downtime.

Work Schedule : We offer

• two options
• — both 12-hour shifts with built-in overtime and days off :
• Rotating Day / Night Shift :
• Week 1 : Mon / Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri / Sat / Sun (6 PM–6 AM) - Week 2 : Wed / Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
• Straight Night Shift :
• 6 PM–6 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule

Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent required.

Technical apprenticeship or Associates degree in related electrical or mechanical field preferred, but job experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

Specialized Skills :

Experience :

Minimum 2 years in technician role performing equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.

Medical device or other regulated industry documentation experience beneficial.

Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential.
