\nExperience in outpatient orthopedic settings is often preferred, though entry-level candidates may be considered.\n\n \n\n Education :
\nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.\n\n \n\n License :
\nActive Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin.\n\n \n\n Certifications :
\nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or an equivalent approved provider.
