Document Management Specialist

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the Document Management Specialist.

Position type : Full-time– Contract

Duration : 10 Months

Location : REMOTE

As Document Management Specialist , you will :

Job Description :    Preferably with more than 3 years of experience, especially in finance, payroll, business process management, and supply chain.

3+ years’ experience in process improvement, documentation, or operational support roles; experience in global or cross-functional teams is preferred.

Development of payroll process documentation with the ability to deliver high-quality process maps, assessments, and related business materials.

Basic Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree

OR

Associate’s degree and 2 years of experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience

Requirements include :

Experience in process documentation and mapping (miro, Lucidchart, or equivalent) with the ability to deliver clear, high-quality materials.

Familiarity with payroll or HR / finance-related processes preferred, but not required.

Strong facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage SMEs across multiple regions and time zones (primarily virtual).

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with process documentation tools.

Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, other generative AI platforms) to streamline documentation, analysis, and preparation of facilitation materials.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range

• : $30.00-$37.00 per hour.
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
