Who you are:
As a PSR/Scheduling Coordinator for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will act as a representative in all areas of clerical support.
What you will do:
·Greet and register patients and notify medical staff of their arrival.
·Verify current address, insurance status and emergency contact.
·Focus on customer service, treating patients and all staff in a courteous and professional manner.
·Promptly answers all phones and can direct patients to the correct locations if needed.
What you will bring:
·High school diploma or equivalent.
·Two to three years’ experience in health care setting performing similar work activities including, but not limited to clerical, billing or insurance processing
