Who you are :

As a PSR / Scheduling Coordinator for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will act as a representative in all areas of clerical support.

What you will do :

• Greet and register patients and notify medical staff of their arrival.
• Verify current address, insurance status and emergency contact.
• Focus on customer service, treating patients and all staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Promptly answers all phones and can direct patients to the correct locations if needed.
