Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage staff hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Foster a positive work environment and team culture.
• Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning services and staff performance.
