Design Engineer - EP

Seeking a Design Engineer to join our growing Chicago, IL team! Entry-level engineers are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be local to the Chicagoland area.

This role does offer hybrid opportunities!

Responsibilities :

• Works with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages.
• Supports the preparation of simple designs or small portions of larger projects, including calculations and drawings.
• Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple technical analyses.
• Conducts communications in a professional and clear manner; communications are timely and in an appropriate format for the topic.
• Self-checks work assignments prior to submitting for review, completes work with minimal errors. Participates in peer reviews and QC reviews.
• Leads the development of their discipline's design on simple projects, and supports complex projects, including simple technical analyses.
• Applies technical knowledge to designs and ensures projects meet specifications.
