Primary Duties and Responsibilities Provide frontline technical support to LPE’s customers and outside sales team Respond to and provide technical expertise to quote requests from our outside sales team and customers directly. Understand and master LPE’s product and equipment technology Analyze and review customer specifications both from a technical and industrial perspective to support product selection and specification. Generate pricing quotations on behalf of customers for parts supplied by LPE’s key vendors and our in-house value-add capabilities. Review margins through the quoting process and are in line with company targets and guidelines. Develop relationships with key customers through collaboration with LPE’s outside sales team and other members of the customer support team. Attend company and factory training sessions as required. Perform other related duties as assigned Education and Experience Profile Professional verbal and written communication skills Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and Process Applications Software. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational and follow up skills Proactive, high energy and entrepreneurial mindset Flexible and solutions-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly. Ability to develop thorough understanding of primary product offerings.
