Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring Associate Dentist who truly puts patients and staff first. What Youll Do :

Provide comprehensive general dentistry : exams, restorative, diagnostics & preventive care

Create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals & financial considerations

Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about treatment options

Maintain an efficient, productive daily schedule with professionalism

Build positive, respectful relationships with hygienists, assistants & front office staff

Perform emergency or same-day procedures as needed

Deliver steady, high-quality care to Medicaid patients with dignity and empathy

What Were Looking For :

DDS / DMD + active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license

Strong general dentistry skills; Medicaid experience a plus

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Reliable, ethical, patient-centered clinical approach

Ability to manage a full, fast-moving schedule

Team-oriented mindset and commitment to staff well-being

Bilingual ability is a bonus, not a requirement

MonWed : 8 : 30 AM 5 PM

Thu : 7 AM 3 PM

Compensation :

$750$1,000 / day guarantee for 3090 days

Then 3034% of adjusted production
