Summary : SGA Talent's Hospitality Division is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional client management. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the contingent workforce placements while maintaining a positive workflow and ensuring client sites are fully staffed. This position requires strong leadership, compassion, excellent listening and organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Schedule and Supervise a team of 50-150 employees during high-volume service hours to ensure smooth daily placements and scheduling operations.
• Working with the internal team to manage scheduling and call-outs, utilizing the talent pool effectively to fill staffing needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through effective communication and team-building initiatives.
• Monitor employee attendance and performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance is met as requested by each client.
• Willing to travel
