SSM Health Orthopedics Center at SSM Health DePaul Hospital in St. Louis, MO, is recruiting for an Orthopedic Sports Medicine Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.  The Orthopedic specialists are known throughout the St. Louis region for offering the most advanced surgical and nonsurgical musculoskeletal treatments.  The Joint Replacement Center is a nationally certified Center of Excellence in Orthopedics and was the first in the St. Louis region to earn this national distinction from The Joint Commission.  SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis treats patients from across the St. Louis metropolitan area, including the communities of Bridgeton, Florissant, Hazelwood, St. Ann, St. John, Maryland Heights, and Overland.

Job Highlights :

• Outpatient focused patient care to patients with sport injuries
• Ability to perform joint injections, read x-rays, perform splinting and casting.
• Occasionally cover surgical first assist
• Schedule is Monday-Friday business hours
• No Call / No Evenings / No Weekends
• Anticipated clinical volume of 10-15 patients per day once onboarded
• Join experienced and dedicated team of Orthopedic Surgeons and APP's
• Full support staff in place including MA / RN
• Strong department onboarding and mentorship.
