The Sales Associate at Brock Cabinets will be responsible for guiding customers through the process of selecting cabinets, providing product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assess customer cabinet needs in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Call, inquire and search for new business.
- Provide expert product knowledge and guidance on cabinet materials, finishes, and custom options.
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes and follow up with clients in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with design selections and layout planning.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by offering outstanding service and support.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain showroom appearance and ensure that all displays are up to date and appealing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new products and trends.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Interior Design, or a related field is a plus.3+ years of experience using 2020 Design Software.Field experience to understand the requirements for different cabinet specifications and installations.Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or cabinetry industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.Proficiency with sales software and Microsoft Office.Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
