Veterinary Practice Manager

TotalBond Veterinary Hospital at Bethel is seeking a full-time Practice Manager to provide leadership and structure to our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for.

We're a team of highly experienced doctors-no Urgent Care or ER hours, and only limited Saturday hours. Our hospital offers exceptional mentorship opportunities for :

• DVMs through our structured TotalBond Mentorship Program
• Technicians through our hospital network and Dallas College partnership
• Practice Managers through VPP's Leadership Academies and PM Summits

What to Expect

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 per year, $8,000 Sign-on Bonus, and an annual bonus potential of up to 15% of your base salary.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
