Your Role
The Senior Medical Science Liaison, US Field Medical (hereafter Sr. MSL) will be responsible for managing a defined territory for assigned program. This entails establishing and maintaining key scientific relationships with KOLs within their territory and serving as a scientific expert to the medical community and facilitating the appropriate exchange of scientific information. The Sr. MSL will be responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate input on the field medical engagement plans in support of our clinical development and commercialization programs and activities. In addition, the Sr. MSL will assist, lead, and drive the support of the company’s clinical trials in partnership with the clinical development team and with researchers as appropriate. The Sr. MSL will be expected to master the MSL responsibilities and be able to take on additional leadership roles on projects and initiatives that increase the value and productivity of the MSL team and Medical Affairs.

Officially classified as working as a member of field organization, with the expectation of this role to travel and engage and with external partners, collaborators, and other third parties regularly on behalf of SpringWorks Therapeutics.

Compensation And Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $167,500.00– $220,000.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
