Value Stream Leader for Supply Chain (3rd shift)

Operations Manager

Manage production, materials, health & safety, and quality control across the value stream

Develop and execute daily and weekly production plans

Lead and motivate teams to achieve operational targets

Identify and resolve process inefficiencies using lean principles

Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory standards

Support quality assurance initiatives and drive operational improvements

Allocate resources, approve overtime, and manage work schedules

Monitor team performance and implement development plans

Facilitate internal communications and knowledge sharing

Champion change management and innovation across operations

What You Bring

Bachelor degree or equivalent

3-6 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership (focused on Supply Chain)

Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management

Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across functions

Experience in health & safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Adaptive mindset and resourcefulness in dynamic environments

Proven ability to negotiate, prioritize, and deliver results under pressure
