Affiliate Program Manager

A company is looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Senior Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the affiliate program end-to-end, including acquisition, activation, enablement, tracking, performance, and optimization

Recruit and onboard new high-potential affiliates and build relationships with top affiliates to enhance engagement

Monitor performance metrics and work cross-functionally to ensure effective collaboration and strategy development

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer-driven acquisition

Proven track record in scaling affiliate programs, preferably in e-commerce or SaaS

Deep knowledge of the Amazon seller ecosystem, including FBA and related tools

Analytical mindset with experience in monitoring conversions and ROI

Comfortable using affiliate platforms and CRM tools
