Mortgage Loan / CRA Originator (Cook County, IL)

Here are some details on the responsibilities :

• The CRA Loan Originator will be responsible for Affordable Housing Outreach including identification and staffing of events.
• Help source, organize, present and report on CRA activities at the bank.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of business relationships to ensure a recurring source for mortgage loan referrals. This network could include realtors, mortgage professionals, builders, and other professional and personal contacts
• The CRA Mortgage Loan Originator is expected to maintain a thorough understanding of Devon Bank's lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Distribute promotional and marketing information throughout the Chicagoland and surrounding communities
• Attend housing fairs and financial literacy workshops.
• Become a board or committee member for a non-profit with a focus on affordable housing.
