Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information about telecommunications products and services to customers.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues and guide them through solutions.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and document interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Monitor customer feedback and report recurring issues to management for improvement.
