Job descriptionSupervise daily warehouse activities to maintain productivity and accuracy Provide guidance and support to warehouse associates and forklift drivers Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure proper handling and documentation Enforce safety procedures and perform regular equipment inspections Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the warehouse Assist with training new hires and cross-training team members Track and report daily operational performance to warehouse management Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve issues quickly Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Team-oriented and dependable with a proactive attitude Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred Comfortable working in a variety of warehouse conditions (indoor / outdoor, hot / cold) Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation

Job Summary :
Were looking for a reliable Warehouse Team Lead to help coordinate daily operations, support forklift operators, and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead by example and keep things running smoothly.
