About the Role :

Observability Architects work closely with Trace3 sales teams to understand our customers business goals and provide them with technology solutions that help them realize those goals. Responsibilities will include both pre-sale technology design, professional service estimation, as well as post-sale implementation services. Observability Architects also partner closely with delivery-focused Engineers to ensure the success of a sold solution and delivery of the expected outcome.

What You'll Do :

• Provide customers with observability strategy for tools to provide end-to-end visibility into IT Operations

IT Infrastructure Monitoring (ITIM) : Monitoring solutions to track the performance and availability of servers, storage and network devices.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$180,000 - $200,000 USD
