Job description

Job Title

Works closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front line staff, and solves challenging and complex business problems across various functions with a broad exposure across U.S. Bank. Supports the assessment, design and delivery of enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives spanning multiple business lines / functions. Gathers and analyzes best practices within and outside U.S. Bank to establish benchmark data, leverage predictive analysis to formulate and test hypotheses, develop and communicate recommendations for projects and workstreams. Applies knowledge by managing project, workstream and related activities as part of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives while working with business leaders to shape and manage project scope, drive implementation, ensuring sustainable outcomes. Provides objective recommendations and knowledge with the aim of creating value, increase productivity, reduce cost, maximizing growth, and improving business performance. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. Creates and manages stakeholder updates, including executive level presentations. Develops strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Four or more years of related experience Preferred Skills / Experience - Broad understanding of business line products and overall strategy - Ability to solve complex problems and engage with different levels of stakeholders - Ability to work independently with minimal guidance - Effective communication and project management skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Previous project management or process improvement experience preferred - Previous banking or financial services experience preferred

Location Expectations This role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
