Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our esteemed medical team. Duties
- Perform a variety of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, including but not limited to aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, and congenital defect corrections.
- Utilize advanced medical imaging and EHR systems to assess patient needs and document surgical procedures accurately.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in perioperative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations.
- Provide education to patients regarding surgical options, risks, and post-operative care.
- Manage post-operative follow-ups to monitor recovery progress and address any complications.
- Stay current with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices through continuous education and clinical research.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality in all patient interactions.
Experience
Candidates must possess the following qualifications :
Board certification in Plastic Surgery or equivalent training.Proven experience in surgical procedures related to plastic surgery, including suturing techniques and wound care management.Familiarity with various medical specialties such as dermatology, oncology, cardiology, and pediatrics is advantageous.Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation of patient records and treatment plans.Experience working in a hospital setting or outpatient clinic is preferred.Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and critical care practices.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while demonstrating excellent patient service skills.
