Community Health is a primary care network offering comprehensive programs in wellness, dental, behavioral health, and pediatrics across Rutland and southern Addison counties.

We seek a Licensed Mental Health Clinician specializing in pediatrics to provide mental health support to children and their families in primary care settings.

Key functions include offering emotional support, conducting social needs assessments, developing care plans, providing individual, family, and group therapy, delivering education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements : Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling; current licensure (LMHC, LICSW, etc.); experience in pediatric mental health preferred.
