Our client is looking for an Executive Sous Chef in Dallas for their innovative Asian-inspired restaurant. This hospitality group is nationwide. They're looking for a creative culinary professional with a passion for Asian cuisine and the skills to elevate their dining experience. Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and execute creative, high-quality dishes inspired by Asian flavors.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety.
  • Manage food inventory and control costs while minimizing waste.
  • Adapt and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Assist in the recruitment and development of kitchen team members.

Job Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with an Asian cuisine focus.
  • Strong creative skills in menu development and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage and inspire the kitchen team.
  • Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
