Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and execute creative, high-quality dishes inspired by Asian flavors.
- Lead and train kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, organization, and safety.
- Manage food inventory and control costs while minimizing waste.
- Adapt and innovate menus based on seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Assist in the recruitment and development of kitchen team members.
Job Requirements :
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or higher in a high-volume restaurant, preferably with an Asian cuisine focus.Strong creative skills in menu development and a passion for culinary innovation.Excellent leadership and communication abilities to manage and inspire the kitchen team.Deep understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
