Job Description :

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth. This role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, coordinating trade shows and industry events, and maintaining relationships with agents and partners. The Marketing Specialist will also analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring the company’s lighting solutions effectively reach and resonate with key decision-makers in the education, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Key Responsibilities :

Effectively manage daily administrative tasks

Drive social media and online corporate presence

Coordinate and manage third party design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising materials

Ongoing management and maintenance of technical documentation and website

Collaborate and develop marketing campaigns for targeted audiences

Organizing promotional events

Requirements :

5+ years’ experience in marketing or related field

Experience in lighting highly valued

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience working with third party marketing or digital assets firms (SketchDeck, Upwork, etc)

Knowledge of AI marketing tools greatly valued

Possesses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
