Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver orders to dining tables, duckpin bowling lanes, or lounge seating
• Upsell food items, drinks, and specials when appropriate
• Operate POS system and handle payments (cash and card)
• Work closely with kitchen, bar, and food runners to ensure timely service
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables quickly for the next group
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service policies

Qualifications :

Previous serving experience preferred but not required
