Description

Mickey Keenan, P.A. is boutique personal injury law firm fighting for people injured in automobile accidents. We are seeking to hire a Case Manager Assistant to support the pre-litigation Case Managers. Job duties include the following, but are not limited to :

  • Handle all requests for medical records, billing ledgers and liens from providers including follow ups
  • Request PIP logs from insurance companies
  • Process all mail and faxes
  • Pay invoices related to medical records requests
  • Other administrative requests from Case Managers

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Monday-Friday in person at our Tampa office
  • High School Diploma required
  • 1+ years of experience in pre-suit personal injury case management is strongly preferred and familiarity with civil litigation
  • Working knowledge of Florida automobile insurance
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Cloud Based Practice Management Software
  • Critical thinking, professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a challenging legal environment
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and tenacity to follow up on requests by the assigned due date is necessary

  • Benefits are eligible to full time employees only after 90 days of employment, with exception to 401K (see eligibility requirements)

    • Salary Description

    $17-$20 / per hour
