Job Description :

• Pay rate $20 per hour
• Thursday - Saturday (occasional overtime)
• Full-time | 12-hour shifts
• Dispatch transportation services for patients, equipment, and supplies
• Monitor and manage income requests via phone
• Prioritize calls based on urgency and resource availability
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity and response times
• Support emergency response protocols
• Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures
