ROLE SUMMARY

\n

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Associate to join our team at FLUENT. As an Inventory Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for coordinating ordering and tracking of inventory, conducting regular inventory audits, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

\n

• Maintain inventory logs for final product, works in progress, returned items, consumables, excipients, and all other materials required by the manufacturing facility.
• Manage finished goods inventory control, including tracking inventory levels, ensuring accurate counts, and reconciling any discrepancies.
• Coordinate ordering and tracking of raw materials and supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery and availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with all regulations and accuracy of inventory levels.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of inventory management.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items to prevent damage, spoilage, or loss.
• Confirm delivered goods match purchase order documentation
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of inventory-related tasks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

\n

This position operates in cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses cultivation processing equipment and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be able to speak and hear. Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms and ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing / analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and / or reports in written format. Must be able to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing. Employee may be required to occasionally lift and / or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
