Patient account representative

This role supports a large-scale healthcare operations of a prominent academic medical center and health system. Staff will be hired into the Hospital Revenue Cycle Department, which is a critical function responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of patient accounts and collections from third-party payers. The organization is committed to detail-oriented, high-volume healthcare administration and provides centralized support for numerous hospital facilities.

salary : $22 - $23 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 4 : 30 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the resolution and collection of an assigned group of third-party accounts .
• Perform follow-up, adjustments, and administrative duties as assigned.
• Manage a high-volume workload and meet established productivity standards.
• Maintain strict patient confidentiality .
