Influential is looking for an experienced Manager, Account Management in the Boston Area to work across an exciting, iconic Boston brand across a growing portfolio!
This is a unique hybrid role with lots of client interaction. Must be in the Boston area, and willing to go into the brand's HQ 3x a week.
In general, a typical day includes :
Helping to drive the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for an exciting QSR client on a high performing teamStaying on top of the workflow and completion of tasks in our project management platformManaging the day-to-day workflow and operations of a large client in officeCommunicating and collaborating across departments and teams on a daily basis to push work throughOrganizing timelines, creative concepts and strategies for campaigns focusing in always on, full year executionLeading client campaigns from kick-off calls that outline influencer selection to all execution details and deliveryNavigating campaign roadblocks and challenges by providing actionable solutionsPreparing reports and analyzing performance relative to campaign objectives; providing optimization recommendationsMaintaining in-depth knowledge of ad products and relevant specs, guidelines, and business rules; manage asset delivery timelinesWhile having facetime with the client team, developing and fostering strong relationships with clients by building rapport that earns the respect of more senior clients through delivery and focus on detailHelping manage budgets and the monthly billing reconciliation process with financeSkills necessary for success :

5-7 years of experience working in a digital, advertising or PR environment (agency or brand side)Must be physically based within commuting distance of BostonStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables, large scale initiatives, and priorities with discretion (bonus if you're familiar with project management tools like monday.com)Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external clients and internal teamComfortable working in a client environment, creating organization and processes where none may existKnowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)Up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realmBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA passion for all things social mediaSalary range : $85,000 - $100,000
