Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for revenue growth across target markets
Lead and support sales teams on complex opportunities and manage large enterprise deals
Build and scale the sales organization while establishing process discipline and managing KPIs
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles
5+ years of experience selling Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics technology
Proven track record in forecasting accuracy and pipeline management
Experience building and scaling sales organizations using repeatable frameworks
Background in scaling mid-market to enterprise SaaS companies
