Job Sum mary

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and manage all aspects of production during their assigned shift. This role is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while meeting customer expectations and maintaining workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise approximately 25 employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Train, assign, and evaluate employee performance
  • Conduct quality control meetings and monitor work quality
  • Schedule daily workflow and update customer work queues
  • Monitor employee production and schedule overtime as needed
  • Ensure availability of parts and supplies
  • Conduct training and cross-training sessions
  • Maintain accurate production records and employee logs
  • Review and adjust employee timesheets
  • Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean work area
  • Report and document workplace injuries
  • Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep
  • Troubleshoot and maintain equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Education & Experience

    High school diploma or GED required

  • 5+  years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift license required
  • Physical Requirements

  • Regular walking and reaching
  • Frequent standing and verbal communication
  • Occasional sitting, handling, stooping, kneeling, or crawling
  • Visual acuity for close, distance, and color vision
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles
  • Moderate to loud noise environment
