HR Intern
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including : Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Compensation, Compliance, Safety, and Learning and Development. You'll work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our organization. In addition to hands-on experience, you'll gain exposure to employee lifecycle processes, networking opportunities and development of interpersonal and technical skills through mentorship and real-world application.
Essential Functions of the Job :
- Prepare onboarding materials and coordinate new hire onboarding
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
- Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes
- Create social media campaigns for open positions
- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist with HR compliance tasks such as : internal and external auditing, processing records for subpoenas and credentialing
- Review of employee labor distributions, job assignment creation and assisting in process documentation creation
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
- Support development of training materials and feedback collection
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Research and present findings on HR trends or best practices

Education Required (Minimum level of education) :
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldVerbal and Written Skills Required to perform the Job :
