Orthopedics Physician Assistant

Our client in Oregon is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday schedule with potential for some weeks being a 4 / 4.5 day work week. Candidates will work alongside an established team of orthopedic surgeons and PA's. Responsibilities will include seeing patients in clinic, assisting in surgery, inpatient rounds / ER coverage.

Responsibilities :

Assist in surgery, treat patients in office and on the floor

Examine patients and their medical records

Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays, etc.)

Diagnose health conditions and illnesses

Prescribe medications

Maintain accurate records and schedules

Educate patients and their family members

Promote good health practices

Qualifications :

Active Oregon state physician assistant license or ability to obtain

Masters degree

New graduates or those with experience in orthopedics are encouraged to apply

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $110,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
