We are looking for a New Business Development Manager, Life Settlements who will be responsible for driving growth across all product lines within our Life Settlement business. This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with key industry participants including investors, brokers, providers, and asset managers to identify and execute new business opportunities related to policy servicing, life expectancy analytics, valuations, and policy trading.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy across all Life Settlement product lines :
- Policy servicing
- Life expectancy reports and data analytics
- Policy and portfolio valuations
- Policy trading and brokerage support
- Identify and pursue new client relationships within the life settlement ecosystem, including providers, institutional investors, asset managers, funds, and brokers.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding client needs and matching them to the company's service and data offerings.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on product delivery, customization, and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and analytics teams to enhance offerings and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the life settlement industry.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry forums to expand visibility and generate new leads.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including tracking opportunities, forecasting revenue, and reporting progress to leadership.
- Provide strategic input on product development and pricing to align with client and market demands.
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to business growth, client engagement, and market penetration.
Qualifications :
15+ years of experience in the life settlement industryExpertise in the legal and regulatory requirements of life settlements, experience negotiating transaction documentationNegotiation skills and proven experience building relationships with industry participantsProficient in using office technology, such as Microsoft officeFully remote position. Travel as required from time to time to meet with clients and / or participate in industry conferences .

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
